The Electraeon SideStand Bypass conversions fit model year 2000, 2001, and 2002 Ducati motorcycles. The converter allows the engine to be started when the side stand is down and the transmission is in neutral. If the transmission is put in gear with the side stand down the engine will shut off. This prevents riding away with the stand down. The Electraeon Sidestand Bypass mod has been production for over 2 years and is enjoyed by hundreds of Ducati owners.
The converter does not alter the wiring harness, no cutting, splicing, or T connectors. The appearance exactly matches the stock harness for a factory look. Installation or removal takes 10 minutes and does not require any tools. Simply plug it in; strap it in place with the stock rubber band fasteners, test for proper operation, and go. Installation requires no mechanical skill or knowledge of Ducati motorcycles other than how to remove the side panels (748/996/998, ST2/ST4, Supersport) or lift the tank (Monsters). The converter is constructed from fine grade materials including AMP sealed connectors (the same parts that Ducati uses in the stock harness). MIL spec. "EE" Teflon wire that is chemical, corrosion, oil, gas resistant, flame retardant and rated to 200 degrees C. The Teflon wire is encased in a abrasion resistant outer shield that is also chemical, corrosion, oil, gas resistant and flame retardant. The electronics are corrosion resistant, encapsulated in silicon sealant and sealed in double wall shrink-wrap tubing. This product is designed and built to last the lifetime of the motorcycle.
Sidestand Bypass mods are available for each of the following models: 748/996/998, ST2/ST4, Monster, Monster S4, Supersport half fairing, and Supersport full fairing.

The Electraeon Incandescent Integrator System for Ducati 748/916/996/998 kit relocates the license plate near the shock and illuminates it. The kit also integrates the turn signals and brake lights. Specifically designed for a clean installation on the Ducati Superbikes this system provides an elegant and complete solution for eliminating the stock turn signal/ license plate holder assembly.
The kit fits standard U.S. sized motorcycle license plates by mounting the plate vertically near the shock spring. All license plate numbers and stickers are fully visible from behind the bike with good visibility at an angle to the sides. The white LED emits a beautiful blue/white light that produces a glowing effect on the retroreflective portion of the license plate.
The Brake lights operate on both tail light bulbs until a turn signal is activated. When a turn signal is activated one of brake light bulbs flash on the left of right side to indicate the turn, braking is then indicated by a steady on state of the remaining brake light bulb. When the turn signal is deactivated the system resets to dual bulb braking indication. The running lights operate in a steady on state at all times.
The wiring is designed to offer convenient access to the helmet holder. The tail lid may be lifted and lowered without any adjustment of the wiring.

The kit provides weight savings of approximately 10 ounces over the stock turn signal/ license plate holder assembly with the large metal bracket removed. The kit also lowers aerodynamic drag byrelocating the plate to a more advantageous area on the bike.

The Electraeon Fast Throttle Cam for Ducati motorcycles allows the the throttle to reach full open with 75% rotation of the hand grip compared to the stock throttle cam. Reducing the amount of hand grip rotation provides greater control and comfort by allowing the throttle to reach the full open position quicker and reducing stress on the wrist when riding at full throttle. The cam operates in a linear fashion, 25% turn at the grip equals 25% of throttle opening, 75% turn at the grip equals 75% of throttle opening.
The Fast Throttle Cam is precision machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and anodized for beauty and longevity.
