Payments are received by PayPal Secure Check Out which accepts payments from PayPal member accounts as well as Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card, credit cards. You DO NOT need to be a PayPal member to use the system, Non-Members may use the Guest Checkout option. Click the buttons on the product page to select the item and you will be directed to the PayPal Secure Socket Layer server to take your shipping and payment information. Note that the PayPal system requires Java Script to be turned on in your browser.
Your Personal Check or Money Order are also welcome. Please contact us by E-Mail to use either of these payment methods.
In stock items generally ship the next business day after the order is completed. Inside the USA you can expect your shipment to arrive in 3-5 business days.
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout by the PayPal system. Shipping cost will be calculated after inputing the shipping address and added to the total cost to complete the transaction. Currently most small items ship at a flat rate of $5 inside the USA, and $15.50USD for international orders.
Most domestic orders ship USPS. You will be notified of your tracking number via E-Mail when your order ships.
We regularly ship to the EU, Canada, UK, Australia, Russian Federation, and New Zealand. Over the past 20 years we have successfully shipped to every country in the world where motorcycles are common.
International orders ship via USPS and will be delivered by your local postal carrier. You will be notified via E-Mail of your shipments tracking number when your order ships.
The shopping cart calculates International shipping as above. Currently most small item international orders ship for $15.50USD.
Shipments outside the USA will require Customs Clearance in your home country. Customs clearance can take from 1 to 3 weeks depending on the speed of your Customs department.
Shipments outside of the USA may be subject to import taxes. At the time of the delivery the courier could ask you to pay for the import taxes. We are not acquainted with the amounts that will be charged for import taxes. For information about the amount of taxes, please contact the Customs and Excise Departments in your country.
It is very important to understand that if you do not pay the taxes or respond to requests for information by your Customs Department, your shipment may be seized by the Customs Officials.
Any damage to your box and/or its contents from shipping should be reported directly to the freight carrier. Indicate "DAMAGED" on shipping documents when you sign for the shipment. KEEP the shipping carton. Contact us for assistance. We are not responsible for shipping damages.
Return, Exchange, and Order Cancellation Policy
Parts can NOT be returned once installed.
The return or exchange of parts can be made within 7 days of receipt with prior approval ONLY. You MUST CONTACT US before returning any item. Items returned without prior authorization WILL NOT be accepted or credited. All parts must be returned in new condition. Shipping costs will be paid by the customer and all returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Discontinued or closeout items CAN NOT be returned. Once a return authorization number is issued, the return items must be shipped to us within 7 business days. Orders cancelled before they are shipped are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
The return authorization number must be displayed on the outside of the return shipping box. Returns must include the customers written name, address, phone number, and reason for the return. Parts must be returned undamaged, and in the original packaging. All returns are subject to inspection for damage, improper packaging, and missing parts.
